Infrared Sauna
Infrared Sauna sessions at Sage Pilates help improve blood circulation and promote relaxation. Our saunas use infrared light to penetrate deeper into the skin, providing a more effective detoxifying experience. Our saunas also come with 65inch blue tooth connected tv's for your enjoyment.

Distinct from other studios who outsource their programming, we have centralized ours to guarantee the highest quality across various timeframes. Our in-house Osteo programs our classes, and our dedicated team conduct real-time reviews to ensure that you receive the best.
